To ensure your wellbeing and comfort at our stores, we're following strict safety protocols like physical distancing, disinfecting between visits, and making sure our Outfitters always wear a mask when there are guests in the store.

Here are the steps we're taking to ensure the safety of our guests and Outfitters:
CLEAN STORE ENVIRONMENT
We're disinfecting every touchpoint (mattresses, desks, pens, card readers, etc.) in between guests..
Our Outfitters will stay at least six feet away from guests and we won't shake hands.
MASKS AND MORE
Masks are required for all Outfitters. If you have a cough, fever, or other COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you call back and schedule a personal outfitting appointment when you are feeling better. And please sneeze or cough into your elbow.
NO-CONTACT OR IN-HOME DELIVERY
We've implemented enhanced delivery procedures to safeguard your home and family. If you choose to have products delivered and set up inside your home, our delivery Outfitters will wear masks, gloves, and booties. Or, if you prefer, we can deliver to your front door or garage for a contact-free experience.
